IT IS VERY EASY TO START THE PROGRAM IN YOUR SCHOOL
Who is the program for? The program benefits high school students, 15 - 18 years old, both female and male.

What is the result of the program? Through the program students learn to plan their personal projects to help the environment. They learn both about sustainability and project management.

Is it online or offline? The program is online. Students are reading material on our online platform and joining weekly discussions with their trainers.

Do teachers need to be involved? No, the program is an addition to the school, students join online from their homes in the evening.

How much is it? We try to make the program free of charge for the students in the regions and to provide scholarships through partnership with private and institutional donors. Standard price is 30,000 AMD per student per month.

Shall the school decide which students will participate in the program? No, students decide themselves. We present the program to them and who is interested - registers. Our attendance rate is 100%.

Does school need to provide any learning material?
No, we provide students with everything. Students read their weekly materials on our platforms and join weekly discussions with trainers online.

Do you issue certificate at the end? Yes, students who attend the program get the certificate at the end.

How to start?
1) School administration and our team decide on the presentation date
2) School tells the students to attend the presentation
3) Our team presents the program
4) Students are given one week to register
5) Those who register are added to the chat where they get all the materials: access to the platform, reading materials, links for the calls

How long is the program?
∙ Level 1 of the program takes 3 months.
It includes 2 months of introduction into sustainability + 1 month of project management.
∙ Level 2 of the program is about permaculture which is more sustainable way of agriculture and land design.
It includes 2 months of permaculture and is followed by another 1 month of project management.
We motivate kids to stay in the program as long as they want and take more new modules.

What's you approach while working with students? The foundation of our approach is Finnish model of education which is phenomenon-based learning. Complex concepts are explained through personalized case studies. Reading materials are interactive. Sessions with trainers are discussions and not lectures. There is no passive learning, no disconnected concepts. It's intriguing and interesting journey for students which open many opportunities in front of them.
