What's you approach while working with students? The foundation of our approach is Finnish model of education which is phenomenon-based learning. Complex concepts are explained through personalized case studies. Reading materials are interactive. Sessions with trainers are discussions and not lectures. There is no passive learning, no disconnected concepts. It's intriguing and interesting journey for students which open many opportunities in front of them.
