Thanks to the knowledge gained from the project, I started to implement my own project, which achieved success and led to cooperation with the municipality. I have implemented a 7-layer landscaping project which helped me to better understand different plants and their possible combinations.

I learned to work with other people, find sponsors, participated in an interview, and also gained a lot of knowledge about social media.
The knowledge gained from the program has helped me in many situations in life as well as in school to protect the environment and break many stereotypes.
Meetings are online and at convenient times for everyone. Moreover, there is no traditional strict teacher-student relationship here, which makes communication and learning more free and convenient.

Universities abroad highly value participation in environmental and educational programs. When applying to US Universities, the knowledge and ecological background I learned during Climate Uturn is a great advantage.
My project is a guide to having an eco friendly cafe, which includes solutions to the problems of food waste, water, and energy, which are very relevant for cafes and restaurants. During the implementation of the project, I developed research and communication skills, which are extremely important in life.
I met smart and caring mentors Emilia, Hasmik and Aneta, as well as Diana, the founder of Climate Uturn. While making podcasts about the projects, I got to know the alumni of Climate Uturn's regional programs, with whom I keep in touch to this day.

First, the program helped me to understand that age does not matter in the work you do. It doesn't matter how old you are; if you want to create something new, you can do it. Secondly, we learn to express our thoughts, discuss and analyze various problems, how we would solve these problems if we were in the place of other people. This helps us to form our views and thoughts, thus, when facing such problems in the future we will be able to easily orient ourselves.
I learned how to write grant applications and also how businesses work. How to create a 3D model of objects. Conduct research and so on. I think that all these skills will be very useful in life, and this is definitely a great experience and challenge for us.
One of the greatest achievements of the project is meeting new people. Climate uturn team is the best. People here are very warm, ready to help and support in any matter. And I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to work with Climate Uturn.

Climate Uturn is really a big community or it would be more correct to say a family, where everyone, has gathered around the same problems, values and ideas, and offers their unique and diverse solutions. Sharing ideas, meeting regularly and just talking is the key to keeping that feeling of a family alive and just being constantly inspired.
After the Climate Uturn program, one thing that I continue to do is to find and notice the effects of the program in different areas and situations of my life. Whether it's using what I learned during the program in jokes with friends, or talking about Climate Uturn when applying for an exchange program, Climate Uturn is always present. Examining the ordinary and inscrutable present, asking questions about it and, most importantly, proposing solutions are all that the program has given me, in short, leadership.

The Climate Uturn program has given me a lot of knowledge during these months. I listened and, at the same time, learned about things that I had never heard before in my life; the reading materials were so interesting that I didn't even miss a single line. I learned about new technologies that I had no idea existed.
I am very grateful to the Climate Uturn team for giving me such an opportunity. What you gave me was very important and close to my heart, and even after this program, I seem to be deciding on my future profession.
And I can't find words to say about my trainer either. A wonderful person!

To be honest, before participating in the Climate Uturn program, I could not use my time properly, my daily routine was not clear, I did not pay attention to the labels of clothes, what they were made of, I did not know how much damage I was causing to myself and the environment.
Now, I pay attention to all that, and most importantly, Climate Uturn taught me to use time for the right purposes and to save it if possible. The program continues to give its kind and useful advice to this day, and I am sure it will continue to do so.

It was very interesting to work with Climate Uturn. I got knowledge about the eco sector. They made me think about how much influence people have on nature. Worried about the huge amount of clothing waste, I came up with the idea to start my own eco clothing project. Without the support of the trainers, it would not have been possible to get into that field, to find the right information and start the work.

I think it was a very successful program, for me it was really an inside look at how projects start from zero, how to develop a simple idea and bring it to a point where the next step is a tangible result. I am very grateful to the whole team one by one, and especially to the trainer Nane who worked directly with us, who played a very big role in my life, I learned from her how to work properly with people/group. I liked the supportive environment! The questions of the course were so well composed that I saw and discovered myself from different sides, got to know myself in a new way.
